During my presentation, I will include a CMA (Comparative Marketing Analysis) which will show you current sales and properties on the market. This will give you a very good guide to where the market sees the price of your property however I always like to discuss a more approximate price and or the type of sale procedure, when the time comes to listing the property for sale.
