As an agent, I usually sit down with my vendors and create a list on areas that require attention. Whether the yard needs a clean up or the walls need a lick of paint, it is always a good idea to create a checklist and work through systematically.

It's no different to where you live or the kind of property you are selling, whether you are in Melbourne, Sydney, Dubbo or Cairns, set a goal and date in which you wish to complete them and start from the beginning. Your buyers will notice the difference.
