MORE and more people are looking to make a move to Trinity Beach and it isn’t hard to see why.
Earlier this year, the Australian Bureau of Statistics found Trinity Beach was Cairns’ highest growing suburb for 2016-2017.
Ray White Cairns Beaches principal realtor Paul Stirling said interest was growing in beachside apartment blocks, but the suburban house was the most sought-after property.
“Trinity Beach has something for everyone and caters to a full range of demographics from young families to mature-age couples,” he said.
“It’s well off for infrastructures, has a good shopping centre in Coastwatchers Shopping Centre and good sporting facilities.”
