Palm Cove, Whitfield and Clifton Beach post double-digit growth

THREE Cairns suburbs, which have made it on to a list of the state’s best performing properties, have posted double-digit growth over 12 months.

Palm Cove, Whitfield and Clifton Beach have been ranked in the same growth category as Brisbane’s elite inner-city suburbs Paddington and Auchenflower and Noosa’s Sunrise Beach in the 12 months to June, 2018.

Representing 14.3 per cent capital growth, the median house price at Palm Cove comes in at $606,000. Thirty-four properties were sold in 12 months at the popular resort locality.
